Ahh-Mazing “AHA!” Discovery for May 2017: Major Production of Blood and Immune Stem Cells Discovered in Lungs

Breathing dioxytetrahydride (H4O2) or SG Gas generated by WIT Machines has multiple pulmonary function benefits … including lessening of secondary symptoms in recovering from pneumonia, and reduction in oxygen concentration for those with compromised respiratory conditions such as COPD. This same water-based gas is bubbled into ultra pure water to make Watt-Ahh® bottled water. We continue to remain open to theories on the possible mechanisms for these benefits from both medical doctors and researchers.

One of our observant customers, Gary S. of Sarasota, FL, forwarded this new scientific breakthrough. Scientists at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) have discovered that the majority of the body’s blood platelets are produced in the lungs. It has been commonly ascribed that the megakaryocytes (cells that produce platelets) reside in the bone marrow. Megakaryocytes are derived from hematopoietic stem cells.

The UCSF scientists captured this video of the microscopy image of living mouse lung showing megakaryocytes, dramatically releasing platelets. The abstract published in Nature states in part:

“The contribution of the lungs to platelet biogenesis is substantial, accounting for approximately 50% of total platelet production or 10 million platelets per hour. Furthermore, we identified populations of mature and immature megakaryocytes along with haematopoietic1 progenitors in the extravascular spaces of the lungs. Under conditions of thrombocytopenia2 and relative stem cell deficiency in the bone marrow, these progenitors can migrate out of the lungs, repopulate the bone marrow, completely reconstitute blood platelet counts, and contribute to multiple haematopoietic lineages. These results identify the lungs as a primary site of terminal platelet production and an organ with considerable haematopoietic potential.”

1 Haematopoietsis is a term relating to formation of blood cellular components.
2 Thrombocytopenia is a term relating to deficiency of platelets in the blood.

H4O2 (or SG Gas) is a redox molecule that calls stem cells and platelets to topical wound sites and areas of inflammation within the body. Based on this new discovery, we have another new explanation of why the breathable Gas is supporting the stem cells and blood platelets residing within the pulmonary areas and boosting the immunity to trigger improved health.
