If you’re in the craft beer biz, have friends in the industry, or hope to work in it yourself one day, you’re probably familiar with what the Craft Brewers Conference is.
And if you’re not, well you need to be. It’s only the most important beer industry conference on the face of the planet – and it’s returning to Washington, DC next week!
Presented by the Brewers Association, the Craft Brewers Conference is the world’s largest beer and brewing event. It attracts over 14,000 brewing professionals and some of the biggest names in the biz.
It’s held in different cities, every year (it was in Portland in 2015 and in Philly last year) and it’s revisiting the nation’s capital next week for a four day run (April 10th-13th) that’s both serious business and a humongous craft beer-fueled party.
This year’s CBC will be taking place at Walter E. Washington Convention Center (where it was held in back in 2013). It’s a great venue in the heart of a very walkable city and convenient to everything.
And even though the CBC is an industry only gathering, there will be amazing craft beer events open to the public taking place all over town. There will be almost too many opportunities for
everyone to enjoy SERIOUS BEER, and hang out until late in the night, with the industry’s most important players.
As always, American Craft Beer will be working overtime this week and all throughout next week’s conference, to keep you plugged into everything that will be going down….
So fasten your seat belts everybody…because things are about to get wild.
