So in the spirit of celebrating our big 20 with "A Year of Gratitude," the next organization we're highlighting is Friends of Youth, selected by Andrea Moretsky.
Why Friends of Youth?
Because kids shouldn't have to sleep on the street.
Or battle mental health issues.
Or feel helpless and alone.
They deserve better.
Friends of Youth’s mission is to provide a broad range of services to youth and their families to improve their emotional stability and self sufficiency. Friends of Youth has been around since 1951 and supports over 5,500 youth and young adults each year. They operate facilities and programs at 21 sites in 18 cities across the Puget Sound.
Earlier this month Outsource Marketing was honored to be a sponsor of the Celebration of Youth luncheon. Our team left inspired and feeling like it doesn’t take much to make a huge impact on a young person’s life.
