New Yoga Class - April 2017

Therapeutics are very pleased to announce that we have a new Yoga class starting on a Friday 12pm - 1pm. It will be a 6 week course costing £60.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibilty and breathing to boost physical and mental well being. Our class run by Will Dodds will be suitable for all abilities and ages.
