Where Should We Run Our First Ads?

Let America Vote is ready to run our very first ads — but we’re only ready to launch ads in a single state. Which should we choose?

Virginia -- Governor Terry McAuliffe recently vetoed a state bill that would require Virginians to submit a photo ID when requesting an absentee ballot. We could run radio and digital ads encouraging Virginians to call their state representatives and uphold the Governor's veto (House Bill 1428).

New Hampshire -- The NH State Senate is considering a bill that would make it harder for students, members of the military, and new residents to register to vote. We could run radio and newspaper ads asking New Hampshire voters to call their State Senators and oppose the bill (Senate Bill 3).

Georgia -- Counties in Georgia's 6th district, where a special election is being held on April 11th to replace former Rep. Tom Price, eliminated early voting locations and cut down voting hours. We could run radio and digital ads asking Georgians to call on Secretary of State Brian Kemp to urge these counties to reinstate some (or all) of those voting locations and hours.
