Zayn teased us and teased us that it was coming and now it's finally here – the first single from his upcoming second album.

'Still Got Time' – which you can listen to below – is a smooth, upbeat tune that also features verses from rapper PARTYNEXTDOOR, who's previously teamed up with Drake and impressively co-wrote Rihanna's 'Work'.

Not a bad comeback, eh? A few more listens and we'll probably be hooked.

This new single follows Zayn's recent collaboration with Taylor Swift for the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever', although we're guessing their track won't also appear on his new album.

The former 1D member is definitely excited about his follow-up to last year's Mind of Mine – and he's told The Sunday Times Style that it shows a more mature side to him.

Zayn Malik, PARTYNEXTDOORpinterest

"They always say the second album is difficult," he said. "But so far I'm really happy with this one.

"There are real signs of growth and development," he continued, before adding that he feels he's grown as an artist and a person.

"Hopefully, as a human being, I'm growing too, in my knowledge and perception."

Well, his comeback single 'Still Got Time' is definitely an example of Zayn coming of age, and we can't wait for the rest of the album.

Now the wait for it to be announced...
