How about that summer? In Guate, we’re welcoming the summer… Even tough it gives us some chilly nights, the heat is here to stay! And with this summery weather, comes the season of amazing produce.

We’re spotting mangoes, papaya, watermelon, avocados, lemons, lychees and of course, pineapple! With the pineapple, we share our favorite recipes like this Pineapple Pork and Pineapple & Chicken Quesadillas. If you want to use every.single.bit. of the pineapple, you can make a batch of a Pineapple Rind to have as a refreshing drink… or if you have a sweet tooth you can bake it as a Pineapple Upside-Down Cake or Pineapple Pie.
