We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled and experienced Health Visitor or School Nurse to join our team as the Team Leader for the Health Visiting & School Nursing Service in Huntly & Alford Location. You should have up to date clinical skills, good communication and organisational skills and support a high standard of holistic care through integration team working.

There is a strong ethos of multidisciplinary/agency working. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills and the ability to demonstrate effective team participation.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
