All mandatory training and induction will be given to the successful candidate along with venipuncture training if required. Experience of working with people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities would be an advantage. The successful candidate will also be required to complete the Health Care Support Workers workbook, within a specified time frame and attend the HCSW training dates.
