PracticePanther make lawyers life easy with its cloud based law practice management software

PPPracticePanther uses the latest cloud technology and is one of the easiest case management programs for lawyers. Packed with features, the app comes with a built-in CRM including tasks and calendaring. Time tracking, accounting, billing, matter and document management, client portal, task and event workflows, document and invoice templates, custom fields, and trust accounting are all standard features. Updates are released weekly. New integrations include Gmail, Google Business Apps, Exchange, Outlook, Quickbooks Online, PayPal, Stripe, Box.com and a handful more. For the advanced power-user, Zapier.com and an open API are now available to integrate with most apps online.

Revolutionizing the legal industry it has raised $3.5M in funding and offers free service until 2016. With thousands of lawyers using the software in over 25 countries, PracticePanther is becoming one of the fastest growing law practice management programs online. The software is completely free until January 01, 2016.

“We want as many feature requests and suggestions as possible. Lawyers are wasting more time than ever instead of practicing law. If we can make their lives easier, save them time, and help them earn more, it’s a win-win for everyone,” says CEO David Bitton.

The funding round was led by PracticePanther’s new CTO, Ori Tamuz. Tamuz has over 10 years of experience developing cloud business solutions. Tamuz was the founder of Nova Point of Sale, which was recently acquired by Granbury Solutions. After the acquisition, Tamuz joined as the CTO and brought a group of private investors eager to join his next venture.

Tamuz aims to disrupt another industry by saying, “We are the easiest, most intuitive, and user-friendly software on the market. Since most lawyers use Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word, there is virtually no learning curve as PracticePanther already integrates with these apps. By reducing duplicate data entry and automating redundant tasks, the average attorney can save up to 8 hours each week alone.”

PracticePanther already offers more features than most of the competitors, at a fraction of the price. After January 2016, the software will be priced at only $39/month/user. By paying annually, the rate is reduced by 25% to only $29/month/user.

“Our pricing structure opens the doors for any attorney, big or small, to use the software”, says CEO David Bitton. Bitton adds, “By making PracticePanther so easy to use, we’ve eliminated the need for long training calls, webinars, and 95% of all support questions. In turn, we keep a low overhead and pass the savings onto the customer.”

They are exponentially growing every month and see this continued growth for many years to come. Currently, there are millions of attorneys who are still spending 80% of their time doing back-end admin work like manually tracking time on a notepad or excel sheet and invoicing from a word template. Lawyers today want an option where they can automate many of these backend tasks and spend more time practicing law. The software needs to be easy enough so that they can use it within the first 15 minutes of signing up.
