Balancing the Sacral chakra

To balance your sacral chakra, you should be open to making pleasure a part of your daily life. Pleasure may come through many creative pursuits and hobbies such as cooking, eating, gardening, dancing etc. Pleasure and play are important aspects of creating sacral chakra balance. They connect you to your inner child and to the dreams and desires of your soul.
You can also maintain a healthy sacral chakra by maintaining a healthy sexual life and honouring your physical body through the expression of your sensuality and sexuality.
Physically the chakra governs the reproductive organs, so it is vital to keep yourself reproductively healthy
Getting in touch with your emotional self and expressing emotions in a healthy way will also help keep your sacral chakra balanced.
