TRAFFIC ALERT: Cape Fear Memorial Bridge to open Tuesday

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - The Cape Fear Memorial Bridge is schedule to open at approximately 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 28.
According to the bridge tender, the Coast Guard Cutter Diligence is heading out of port.
