Ward 15 is an orthopaedic rehabilitation and general elderly rehabilitation ward with both male and female patients. Many patients come to the ward from ARI to engage in therapy programmes with the ward therapists. The focus is on multidisciplinary team working to enable our patients along the rehabilitation pathway to achieve the aim of returning to their own home or other suitable accommodation.

We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Staff Nurse who is committed to providing a safe and effective standard of care with excellent communication skills and has a genuine interest in caring for the elderly. The successful candidate must also be caring, compassionate and flexible.

We follow a 12 hour shift pattern in the ward however the ward is willing to consider/discuss the possibility of early/late shifts with the successful applicant should this be desired.

Informal visits are welcomed and encouraged. Day and night shift rotation is compulsory.
