Woman claims co-worker said she ‘really needs to get a man’

Life at this Manhattan firm really stunk for this worker, who in a new lawsuit is accusing her colleagues of harassment.

Letisha Archer helped set up food trays at catered business events for RR Donnelley Financial — where she was subjected to an array of juvenile insults, she claims in court papers.

“Yuck! It smells like a woman in here. You smell!” male co-workers allegedly sniped, adding, “Women are so gross,” and “You really need to get a man,” court papers claim.

Another male colleague allegedly followed Archer into a restroom and attempted to assault her, she claims in her discrimination lawsuit in federal court.

But the more she complained, the worse things got, with male employees once putting a tampon into food baskets she was setting up, telling her, “Why don’t you take some feminine napkins home to plug your lady leak,” according to court papers.

Supervisors took no action, charges Archer.
