The 10 countries where expats work the most hours

InterNations, a community for expats, recently produced its latest "Expat Insider" report, looking at how people living and working abroad rate everything from their work-life balance to educational facilities.

More than 14,000 respondents representing 174 nationalities and 191 countries or territories took part and had their say on moving, living, and working abroad, according to InterNations.

One of the questions asked was about working hours: How long do people who have moved abroad work on average each week?

Across all respondents, the average was 44.6 hours a week — or 8.9 a day — but InterNations also broke out a ranking of the 10 shortest and longest working weeks for expats.
