Simmons Hanly Conroy, one of the nation’s largest mass torts firms and a leader in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation, is pleased to announce that Perry J. Browder, Shareholder and head of the firm’s Asbestos Litigation Practice, will speak at Perrin Conferences’ Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference on March 6-7. The conference will take place at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The two-day conference provides Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits to attendees, including an hour-long ethics discussion. In addition to the educational benefits, conference attendees can enjoy valuable and engaging networking opportunities.

“The prestigious 7th annual conference draws in hundreds with a lineup of the nation’s top industry professionals providing balanced perspectives and updates on the hottest topics in asbestos and toxic tort litigation,” said Browder, who has spent more than 20 years resolving hundreds of multi-million dollar asbestos cases, including a $250 million settlement for a steelworker, which remains the largest single result for a single plaintiff in the history of the litigation.

The agenda will spotlight a variety of asbestos topics, including the top emerging trends in asbestos litigation; industrial and commercial talc as the new frontier in asbestos litigation; a jurisdictional update for Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri and Pennsylvania; and more.

Browder will participate in the Monday morning panel discussion that will cover the top emerging trends in asbestos litigation, including:
