Gale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach, which broke ground last summer at 401 Bayshore Drive, has released seven townhomes starting at $895,000.

The Newgard Development Group project is located a block off Fort Lauderdale Beach, with the Beach Homes comprised of two or three bedrooms, equipped with high-end finishes, private entries with a water feature, and a patio featuring a summer kitchen.

“There is simply nothing else in the market like these one-of-a-kind Beach Homes,” said Newgard Chairman and CEO Harvey Hernandez. “These are ideal for buyers who covet privacy without sacrificing the ability to take advantage of the unparalleled services and amenities at Gale Residences.”

The rest of the development, which encompasses 122 condos starting in the low $500,000s, is 85 percent sold and expected to be completed in early 2018. Amenities include a private pool, fitness center, club room, outdoor fitness and meditation area, movie theater, and access to the hotel’s services.

The 12-story building was designed by Garcia Stromberg, with interiors by Urban Robot Associates.
