If you would like to create artwork related to Philip K. Dick for the 2017 Philip K. Dick Festival, the deadline to submit it is Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017. Send your artwork digitally (.jpeg /.tiff) by email to bmack@cityoffortmorgan.com and we will print the artwork, frame it, and set it up for display. The artwork needs to be your own work. Attendees with vote for the best work and the winner will be presented a first edition of “The Man In The High Castle.”
