With more than 25 years of industry experience, Marci Meaux is an acknowledged authority on building innovative partner and sales enablement programs that increase customer service ratings, reduce customer-service response time, and improve organizational productivity. Meaux has earned recognition by her peers, partners, and customers as a leader and innovator.
Previously she was the Vice President, Planning, Programs and Operations for Cisco where she partnered with key constituents to understand the strategic sales objectives and align enablement activities for Services to improve the overall productivity of sales channels.
Prior to joining Cisco, Meaux spent 13 years at Hewlett Packard (HP), where she held the role of Vice President, Small Medium Business and Partners. In this role, she was responsible for expanding HP’s portfolio of services and solutions by promoting new service definitions and development. Prior to HP, Meaux spent 12 years at Texas Instruments in a variety of marketing and customer communication roles.
