The Jerky Boys is what instantly came to mind when I saw that name. We used to listen to them endlessly while opening and closing Blockbuster when I was a kid.

We used to listen to the Jerky Boys all the time. After reading this article, I am convinced that is where they got the name for the Frank Rizzo character on their show. It fits perfectly.
