Watercolour showing the effects of a myocardial infarction

This month's object of the month is a watercolour showing the effects of a myocardial infarction, otherwise known as a heart attack, caused by thrombosis - a blood clot. The clot is the dark build up in the lower part of one of the chambers of the heart and it stopped the organ from being able to function properly.
