In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says that he could edit out crying from his videos and not show his emotional side, but he leaves it in to let everyone know that it’s okay to cry.
It’s absolutely okay AND healthy for a man to show emotions. Alpha’s grandfather was quintessentially masculine,and as he got older, he became more emotional. He embraced emotions, and Alpha is okay with his emotions these days as well. Beautiful things cause the flood of emotions for Alpha. The Iron Man triathlon is one example where the emotional tales really rock his world.
After he cries and lets it out, he feels fantastic. Don’t think crying is weakness or that you are sissy. You are an amazingly beautiful person that has the capacity to have emotion. You are masculine and macho even if you shed a few tears!
