Veterans Museum at Balboa Park Offers January Events
The Veterans Museum at Balboa Park, an important resource to the San Diego community, offers these events in January:
• Free admission to the museum the second Tuesday of every month (Jan.10).
• Jan. 21 and 25: The BentProp Project is back with a special presentation and documentary. The BentProp Project, once featured on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” is a nonprofit group that conducts year-round research in support of the annual spring missions to Palau in Micronesia.
• Every fourth Saturday of the month is a memorial service for all veterans who have passed away during the month. The January service is set for Jan. 28.
