Grand Valley State University students recently finished installing an apiary at the Sustainable Agriculture Project. The apiary will house two honeybee hives that were raised at the Meijer Campus in Holland. Honey will be extracted from the hives in the fall and sold at GVSU’s Farmers’ Market. Honey from the Holland apiary is being sold in the Liberal Studies Office in Lake Ontario Hall.
