Renaker releases videos of progress at tower sites

The prolific residential developer has created two videos highlighting progress made at its Exchange Court and Owen Street schemes in Salford and Manchester.

At Exchange Court in Greengate, a triangular plot between Trinity Way and the River Irwell, the core is now above ground level. When complete, the 44-storey scheme – which also includes a lower block of 16 storeys – will include 350 apartments.

The Owen Street site in Castlefield is due to house four towers, including what is set to be the UK’s tallest building outside London, weighing in at 66 storeys. The other towers will offer 52, 46 and 39 storeys respectively.

The scheme gained planning consent in June 2016 and will include 1,508 apartments, with facilities for residents set to include roof gardens, lounges, swimming pool and indoor tennis courts.
