For Those We Have Lost – #streamteam

This year has been a long one already for those of us who have lost some of our favorite celebrities. Motörhead singer Lemmy Kilmister died on Dec. 28, and that seem to have started a ton of celebrity deaths including Natalie Cole, Craig Strickland,Pat Harrington Jr.,Angus Scrimm, Michael Galeota, Monte Irvin, Rene Angelil,Dan Haggerty, Clarence Reid, andMic Gillette. For those of us who want to watch and remember our favorite actors, Netflix has a great lineup of some of our favorite movies that they were in.

It is great that we can reflect back on their old work and still enjoy it. For me, the most shocking two deaths were both David Bowie and Alan Rickman. I didn't see either one coming, and I'll be spending this weekend enjoying their works of art.

I know it seems unreal how many we’ve lost in just this month alone! Then I saw a hoax that Leo DiCaprio died and I almost died too hahaha! Thank goodness it was spam (for once I can say that).

  2. This has been one of the worst starts to a year regarding celebrity deaths that I remember ever. It seems like everyone is dying. =(

  3. We have lost quite a few in the few short weeks of 2016! Most of those I knew, but I’ll admit, I had to ask the husband about a couple! May their legends live on!

I always see the “Trending” movies on Netflix are often related to actors who have recently died. I haven’t paid attention recently, but this is a great way to keep their memory alive.

I’m so sad over our loss for these amazing actors, I’m glad we can still reflect on their movies using Netflix. You just reminded me I need to watch All Good Things. It’s been on my list for a long time.

It is sad to know that your favorite actor/actress just passed away. Good thing their movies remain with us.

The amount of deaths announced this year has truly saddened me. Alan Rickman in particular really effected me, I had no inclination from the media that he was even sick.

There are a number of popular people who died this month. Those two are the most shocking to me, too.

I agree, lots of celebrity died. I feel bad for Celine Dion for losing two loved ones of her life, her husband and brother.

I’ll have to check out some of these movies. I don’t think I have seen any of their work.

Great idea, its always extra sad when a celebrity from my childhood dies. I feel like a chunk of my youth was lost. It also takes me back to a fun time in life. I remember what I was doing, who I was hanging with and sometimes what I was wearing it. I love memory lane.

It is sad we have lost so many talented people lately. I am going to watch All Good Things tonight.

Really sad to lose some of these legends. We must remember them for what they have done in the world.

When it’s your time, there’s nothing you can do. It’s hard for the loved ones left behind.
