jimmy gray my world x150Big SickThe Judd Apatow/Barry Mendel produced, and Michael Showalter-directed romantic comedy “The Big Sick” makes its world premiere January 20th at The 2017 Sundance Film Festival. Starring Holly Hunter, Ray Romano, Zoe Kazan, and Kumail Nanjiani. This highly-anticipated film highlights the cultural differences of a couples growing romance. The “The Big Sick” came to Fervor Records for a quartet of songs, spanning three decades from the label’s vast archives. Included are Jimmie (aka Jimmy) Gray’s 1962 Ramco Records single “My World,” former Capitol Records recording artist Chuck Kirkpatrick’s 1977 gem “Leave Tomorrow,” Lonnegan’s Band 1980 classic “For You,” and from 1981, Danny Infantino’s sentimental ballad “Park Avenue.” Keep an eye out for “The Big Sick,” and check out Waylon Jenning’s right hand man, and longtime member of The Waylor’s, Jimmie Gray on Spotify.
