Fruity breakfast bowl smoothie

This easy-to-prepare morning meal is balanced, healthy and, most importantly, bursting with flavour

SERVES: 4

For the purée
1 M&S UK Braeburn Apple, cored
320g strawberries
1 banana, peeled
2 clementines, peeled
150g blueberries

For the topping
4 heaped tbsp M&S Milled Hemp and Cocoa Superseed Mix
100g blueberries
2 clementines, peeled
100g raspberries

The night before, prepare your purée fruit, slicing into segments as necessary. Arrange all of the fruit pieces on a baking tray in a single layer, cover loosely with clingfilm and place in the freezer. In the morning, tip all of the frozen fruit into a blender and blitz until your purée is smooth and thick. Pour into bowls and top with slices and segments of the fresh fruit and a sprinkling of the crunchy hemp mix.
