We have a comprehensive safety structure designed to look after you and your pupils, while enhancing their own awareness of personal safety and allowing them to maximize their enjoyment of the trip. Our safety systems are multi-tiered and range from highly qualified leaders, pre-trip training, remote medical assistance and crisis management.

Comprehensive First Aid Kits
Keeping in mind the safety of your child, we provide a comprehensive First Aid and Medical Kit. All items used from the first aid kit, including prescription drugs are logged via Remote Medical Support. The Leadership team has 24 hour access to a qualified doctor who assists with diagnosis and prescription of drugs from the first aid kit. In the event that an allergy prevents a participant from being given prescription drugs, this information is collated from the medical declaration on the application form and the Leadership team is informed.

Medical Consultation
We work with a qualified medical team, which provides us with guidance and advice on the medical conditions of each participants. All team members are required to complete a medical declaration form and parents must sign a Medical Consent Form. The Doctors lead us through the First Aid requirements as well.

Experienced Staff
The team members are well aware of all the destinations mentioned in our portfolio. Reconnaissance trips are made in order to ensure the reliability and the information and advice that you receive is polished with experience.

Administration Support

We'll do all the paperwork for you! Our team stands closely knit to provide crystal clear details about the trip to the parents and the school staff members.

Parent's Meetings
Focusing on personal satisfaction, we run a presentation at the school for the parents and the pupil that is designed to provide more information about the trip and, importantly, for everyone to have their questions answered. We also have a pre departure meeting to ensure familiarity with the team leader of the group.

Documentation Support
We'll take a lot of the legwork out of running a trip for you, providing you with full risk assessments, assisting with LEA paperwork and providing information and advice for parents and pupils. We also provide a comprehensive docket containing contact and emergency information as well as all the group's personal and itinerary details.

Free Souvenir DVD
Every trip is accompanied with a group camera and these pictures are utilized to create a unique DVD of your experiences overseas. Each member of the team gets a free copy of the DVD as we make sure your memories are also a part of your family for a lifetime.
