Jan's Assistance fund

It is with great sadness we have to let you know that on January 2, 2016 Jan Dillon has passed.  She served as a humane agent for Westmoreland County and was the voice for the furry ones for many years. The family is in need of financial assistance for funeral expenses.  Please help in any way you can. Thank you for your support.
