The Best Telephone Service Available !

The best, cheapest and most transparent service that allows me to call my wife and children in France from the UK for literally 2 pence per minute. It means I can have a proper conversation with my family at a price that is without question the best available.

Well run. Easy to use app. Excellent customer services.

I was with Tello for a couple of years, but left for a better deal elsewhere otherwise I would have given them five stars! Sad to leave as Tello were incredibly efficient, always answered the telephone/webchat immediately and did what they promised. This hasn't been the case with my new mobile company.

Bundles last a month and have to be purchased every month via the app or online. You can vary your bundle month by month to suit your requirements. Unused mins/texts/internet can be rolled over if you purchase just before the month runs out. Tello run on Three network, who have really upped their game in recent years. Never had a problem with getting a signal.

Poor coverage in less populated areas

Poor coverage in less populated areas. Price are changing without prior notification. Outgoing domestic calls are rejected sometimes for uknown reasons.

Can't praise highly enough

I have hardly ever dealt with such an easy company :) So easy to get started and SO easy to change plans, no hidden costs, no hoops to jump through just plain easy sailing.
I can't recommend Tello highly enough to be honest, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with and use.

Like the flex but an option to buy more …

Like the flex but an option to buy more internet is overdue now. Also, at a time when roaming costs are going down, putting prices up means I will have to find an alternative. This means with the price increase I can no longer justify staying on Tello when I could get more for less money somewhere else. I get billed on automatical renewal which is akin to being on a plan except that on a plan I would get much more for the same money or less.

Excellent service

I found Tello by mistake when changing my mobile sim provider.
Fantastic price , excellent customer service , easy to get through to.
Clear and easy to use website and clear price plans.
Recommended it to my friend and she uses to.
Only reason got 4 stars not 5 is reception in my new build house not very good .

I joined TELLO early last year because …Its one of the lowest cost services

I joined TELLO early last year because I could just have Pay As You go
with out any monthly plan payments.
TELLO changed this so now I have to have a plan .

They are polite & fast in communications .
I like the Company
BUT the signal coverage & strength from 'THREE' network
that Tello uses is not as good as other of the
main suppliers...O2 ...Vodafone...EE

Tello are the best mobile phone …YOU CANNOT BEAT THEM!

Tello are the best mobile phone provider I have used. Fantastic value. Old fashioned 100per cent customer service. Courteous customer care. Nothing is too much trouble. I recommed them to everybody, and anybody who knows me, knows I have VERY HIGH STANDARDS. WELL DONE TELLO. IT IS A PLEASURE TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER!

I would highly recommend Tello.

I would highly recommend Tello..
Website very easy to use and the change I wanted to make was easy to do and activated immediately.
I like the combined flexibility of a fixed price for national calls and data, and the pay as you go scheme for ringing my son on his mobile in Australia.
The rates are very reasonable.

Customer service very good

Customer service very good. Able to speak to customer service without delays, awful music, and pressing lots of buttons.
Excellent value for money with very reasonable prices.
My only problem is that they piggy back Three mobile, which does not have very good coverage in my area, and connections a little hit and miss from inside my home. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars

Excellent

Only been with tello for a month. VERY POLITE AND EXCELLENT customer service.
Contract works for me. Just increased texts due for a month but will probably go back. So really like this option.
Only downside is can't send international texts or roaming

Thank you for your feedback! You can send international texts using our service, you can find the rate for SMS to each country on the Pay As You Go rates page: https://tello.co.uk/rates/pay_as_you_go.

Although we do not offer roaming yet, you can make calls from abroad using the My Tello app, available for iOS and Android devices. It is free to download and only requires an Internet connection.

As a foreigner from EU

As a foreigner, I test several mobile services in UK and I found Tello the most versatile (plan choices, price, other options) and very affordable.
I think Tello is one of the best, maybe the best prepaid mobile options at the end of UK in EU.

Great Service.

I can recommend the Customer Service. I speak to Customer Service without going through a lengthy procedure of pressing buttons.
Problems are dealt and resolved without undue delay.
The service provided is very cheap and great value for money.
My only gripe is the sometimes poor coverage in parts of my home county, Norfolk, but Tello do their best,

I would like to give 4 1/2 star …

I would like to give 4 1/2 star rating.....I am really happy with Tello but have a problem with the 3 network that it runs on in the U.K. as I go to Turkey regularly I am disappointed that the 3 network is not supported there and I have to buy a local sim, this is the only problem I have Tello great value and I would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback! While we don't offer roaming, you can use the My Tello app to make calls from abroad using your Tello account. The app is free to download and is available for Android and iOS devices. It only requires an Internet connection and you can make calls from anywhere in the world using your Tello balance and number.
