Impastor Plays Notes From Brazil


primas-x150 peter-blair-x150Fervor Records continues to light up TV Land’s “Impastor.” Episode 210: “Thy Neighbor’s Wife“ features two songs, from two artists, with drastically diverse backgrounds. Steven Staryk is known as the “King Of Concertmasters” for his work with the Royal Philharmonic of London, the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, the Chicago Symphony, and the Toronto Symphony. Staryk contributes his 1959 recording of Monti’s “La Foret” with his ensemble Primas Stephan and his Royal Tziganes.
