Homeopathic Teething Gels and Tablets - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers that homeopathic teething tablets and gels may pose a risk to infants and children. The FDA recommends that consumers stop using these products and dispose of any in their possession. Homeopathic teething tablets and gels are distributed by CVS, Hyland's, and possibly others, and are sold in retail stores and online.


Tyson Chicken Nuggets - Tyson Foods is recalling  approximately 132,520 pounds of fully cooked chicken nugget products that may be contaminated with hard plastic. The following products are subject to recall: 5-lb bags containing "Tyson FULLY COOKED PANKO CHICKEN NUGGETS" and 20-lb packages containing "SPARE TIME Fully Cooked, Panko Chicken Nuggets, Nugget Shaped Chicken Breast Pattie Fritters With Rib Meat". If you have bought this product, you are urged not to eat it. Throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.


Evenflo Booster Seats - Evenflo Company, Inc. has recalled certain Evolve 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seats, model number 34411700 manufactured February 26, 2015, to February 9, 2016, and model number 34411741 manufactured May 27, 2015, to February 9, 2016. The affected seats have a button for adjusting the harness tightness. The child in the seat can access the button and loosen the harness without the caregiver's knowledge, leaving the child not properly secured in the seat and at risk of injury in case of a crash. Evenflo will notify registered owners, and will provide a remedy kit with a replacement harness adjustment button, free of charge.


Lenny Lamb Infant Carrier - Lenny Lamb Buckle Onbu infant carriers have been recalled due to a fall hazard. The internal stitching is missing, posing a fall hazard to children. A label with the manufacture date between 05.2015 and 06.2016 is located on the back side of the shoulder area of the carrier. If you own this product, immediately stop using it and contact Lenny Lamb, 877.487.1416, for a full refund or a free replacement carrier.


Toys 'R' Us Pacifier Clips - Toys 'R' Us has recalled pacifier clips sold in an assortment of six color and character designs, including a red monster, blue monster, monkey, giraffe, owl with one eye closed, and an owl with both eyes open. The pacifier clip's spring mechanism can break and release small parts, posing a choking hazard. Immediately take the pacifier clip away from babies and return it to Babies 'R' Us or Toys 'R' Us for a refund.



SAHN Bike Helmets  SAHN Designs has recalled SAHN Classic SH523 adult bicycle helmets due to risk of head injury. The helmets do not comply with the impact requirements of the federal safety standards for bicycle helmets. If you own this helmet, immediately stop using it and contact SAHN Designs, 800.642.7086, for a free replacement helmet.
