never felt un-supported, my teacher Jane was absolutely amazing with explaining work I needed help with, the resulting was very fast and offered great support for my next attempts. I was very impressed and will pass on to others my experience.

I have studied at several different colleges and this one is by far one of the greatest. Not only was the materials and resources current and available but the trainer, Jane MacIntosh was nothing but excellent. Jane was there every time I needed assistance. She went beyond her duty to ensure I Understood and carried out the tasks as required. Perfect example of the way things should be done

The trainers at Fortress are great and attentive. They are doing the best they can with a course that’s extremely dry and unnecessarily dense.
I don’t recommend choosing Fortress if you are working full time and trying to study on the side. This course has a lot in it and the 6 month timeframe is really tight. Trying to do this completely online is tough and the assessments are big. I get that’s how it has to be with a completely online delivery model. If you have the time it’s fine. But I caution those who don’t.
I will reiterate, the trainers at Fortress are great and are there to help whenever you need.

I had a great mentor who supported me throughout the module. The LMS was easy to navigate. I did not face any technical difficulties during my study. The 1:1 booking system with my teacher was an excellent system to follow up on work, get feedback on how to manage the work, and easy tips to follow. Overall, it was a rewarding experience.

Undertaking TAE can be overwhelming but the staff, trainers and assessors at Fortress make the process manageable. They are there to guide and help and always answered my questions and marked assessments with a quick timeframe.

Very good at letting you know they were available for any clarification of content. Some of the assignments were hard for me to navigate and decipher exactly what my requirements were. I emailed a number of times to set up a zoom meeting to go over some key points and Fortress were always quick to respond and set up times to chat face to face with highly skilled trainers.

I had great experience with fortress. The team was always there to assist and help. My trainer Deb, guided me so patiently through the units.
There are videos at every step, which are extremely detailed , and helps through the assignments.
I would highly recommend this RTO for any course that anyone is looking at doing.

The support of the training manager, I had, Emma and she was very helpful and supportive. Thanks Emma!
For every question and problem she had an answer and I‘m sorry that I didn’t ask earlier. It would have saved me a lot of work.
My advice, please talk to them and ask even though you think you read the requirements and understood them.
The requirements requires A but I have B&C. First I thought I have to produce A, only later when I had finished already and talked about it, I learned that B&C would had been ok too.
Therefore, please talk to them from the very beginning, they are very helpful and supportive as they want you to succeed!

Jane (as my Fortress support person) was amazing in the assistance she offered. Booking appointments could sometimes be difficult and had to be managed in advance.
Some material was out of date or links broken. It would be nice to have someone check that information regularly and update the content when it does happen.

I thought the course was structured really well. The content was broken down into relevant, smaller chapters. I really found the use of links to YouTube streaming conversations and lessons a great change of pace. The instructions were clear for the RPL and more than enough access to experienced Trainers that are very confident and experienced with their courses.

The course itself was fine and the trainer helpful and knowledgeable. My main issue is the communication via your office. I needed to speak to my trainer and to do so had to arrange a booked telephone call. This is all good and perfectly acceptable. The person on the phone was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent and this added to difficulties organising a telephone call back.
