Sweet cheesus! The Cheese Truck is opening its first permanent site in Camden

Oh, hello. The Cheese Truck – AKA a big cheese in grilled cheese sandwiches – just announced they're opening their first permanent joint come February 2017, and the pics are getting us a bit hot under the collar.

Founder Mathew Carver says he's served 150,000 sarnies and melted over 20 tonnes of cheese as a street food trader to get to this point. It's pretty emotional. Named The Cheese Bar, the site is set for Camden Stables Market, and the menu promises to champion a new urban breed of cheese makers from within M25.

We're already salivating over the dark chocolate ice cream sundae made with creamy ewes milk cheese, or the queso fundido – a kind of sexy Mexican version of fondue. Only three months to go, London. Say cheese.
