Katyar gets Best Film at Marathi Filmfare Award

It seemed to be the evening dedicated to ���Katyar Kaljat Ghusli���.
The second edition of Karrm Filmfare Awards (Marathi) saw this film version of a popular play sweeping maximum awards including Best Film. After the announcement the entire crew got on stage to receive the award. Helmed by Subodh Bhave, the film had done well at the box-office. It was Bhave���s first film as director and music director Shankar Mahadevan debuted as an actor.
While Shankar Mahadevan bagged award for Best Music for this movie, Sachin Pilgaonkar took a bow as Best Actor.
