Apple to Introduce New Lineup of Macs Before Halloween
Apple is giving its Mac lineup an update next week. On October 27, the company will introduce a refresh—or perhaps a dramatic overhaul—to its Mac computers.
How minor—or major—the update will be remains to be seen. The iMac lineup is reasonably fresh, but consumers have been calling for an overhaul of the Macbooks for a while now, so that may be something to look forward to. As usual Apple is mum on detail.
Apple’s last product update was the iPhone 7 launch last month, where it also released the second-gen Watch. We wouldn’t be surprised if Apple made a small update to one or more of its iPad models too, since we’re heading into shopping season—but then again, that wouldn’t leave much excitement for the new year.
