From mild to scary and everything in between, the theme parks in Orlando have Halloween events for everyone. Kids and adults will enjoy getting dressed up and celebrating this ghoulish holiday as each of the following theme parks has put their own spin on it.

Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 26

Looking to get scared? Make sure you attend this event. On select nights from September 16-October 31, visitors can visit the streets of Universal Studios Florida to experience extreme terror. There are 8 different haunted houses that have maniacs and mutants roaming around. The streets are also filled with creatures and monsters in the shadows waiting to scare you. Don’t be surprised if a masked man wheedling a chainsaw jumps out at you. In addition to this, park goers can enjoy live shows and rides. Tickets to this event are separate from the daily admission tickets.

SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular

This family friendly event takes place on select days in October. Little ones can trick or treat, make sea-themed arts and crafts and participate in a dance party. They also have the opportunity to try to find sea treasures that are hidden at 15 different locations that they can locate using their Spooktacular maps. Costumed characters like Pete and Penny Penguin, Shamu and Penelope Pumpkin Fish will be on hand to help kids out along the way, and of course, take pictures with. All of this is included in regular admission prices.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Even Mickey has gotten in on the fun with this event. On select nights from September 2 through October 31 visitors can get all decked out in their favorite Halloween costumes and trick or treat around the park. There will be Disney characters on hand to do meet and greets, a Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween parade, a Halloween party and orange and green fireworks. Guests will need to purchase a party ticket to attend this event.

LEGOLAND Florida’s Brick or Treat

On weekends in October, kids can trick or treat in Miniland USA along the Brick-or-Treat trail during select times. The trail contains many different booths with people dressed up passing out candy. In addition to this, they can participate in a costume contest, go on a scavenger hunt to find scary Lego creatures, build a LEGO model or see the world’s biggest LEGO Jack-O-Lantern. This event is included in the admission price.
