The Psychology Project Consultant will be a client-facing project manager based within the Psychology team and reporting to the Psychology Manager. They will create and manage project critical paths, coordinate the work of the team, maintain our project management software and create monthly project updates. A key focus of this role will be the relationship management of client partners involved in Psychology projects.

The Psychology Project Consultant will work on two main project streams:

  1. Commercial psychology projects – The Psychology Project Consultant will support the delivery of benchmarks and associated exercises (e.g. competency mapping, trend & frequency analyses) as well as process mapping each project to create a globally standardised set of benchmarking materials.
  2. R&D projects – the majority of our research involves our clients or university partners. The Psychology Project Consultant will support the team when we conduct projects such as validation research and new product development.

You do not need to be a psychologist / hold psychology qualifications to be suited for this role. The role would suit someone with proven project management experience and a desire to expand their technical knowledge of Thomas tools and solutions. The Psychology Project Consultant will be developed into a technical specialist who can support UK & International psychology projects that involve our clients.
