Twitter rolled out Moments last October, and it expanded access to the feature in August, saying at the time:
We’re excited to announce that a broader group of creators will be making Moments, including influencers, partners, brands and, in the coming months, everyone.
“The coming months” are here, as Twitter said in a tweet Wednesday:

The
