We have a new opportunity for an Integration Support Consultant to join our team in Marlow. The Integration Support Consultant will be an experienced customer support engineer who has a solid knowledge of web service integrations.

This position requires a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong follow-through who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow employees. The Integration Support Consultant will be the primary customer point of contact and must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Partner Solutions Manager in their day to day activities
  • Responsible for supporting technical projects integrating Thomas solutions into unique customer configurations
  • Responsible for supporting technical projects integrating Thomas solutions into world leading ATS, HR, ERP and LMS platforms to meet customer needs
  • Support European Thomas partners with integration opportunities
  • Involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
