We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Training and Events Coordinator to join our Operations team, working from our Marlow office.
 
The Training and Events Coordinator will provide an effective operational support to both internal and external clients, including supporting the planning and effective delivery of events (including training courses, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, regionally, nationally and internationally across Thomas). This also includes being responsible for capturing all internal and external customer feedback, providing proactive coordination support for the Training Team as well as supporting the accurate and timely production of training materials and all associated delegate correspondence. The role will also involve arranging all aspects of accommodation and travel plans. 
 
The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience within a customer-focused environment, a high level of interpersonal skills (particularly written communication), proficiency in MS Office and excellent organisational skills.

Ideally the person in this position should have the ability to adhere to rules, procedure and detail whilst maintaining quality and ensuring standards are met. Diplomacy and working within clearly defined parameters, in a predictable climate are other aspects which may be involved in the job.
