CNC Routing and UV Printing

We do UV curable flat bed printing on most common sign making materials including Ultraboard, Sintra, styrene, and Gatorboard. We do custom cut shapes in those materials with our CNC router.

The CNC router allows us to produce machine cut plastic shapes that are consistent, smooth, and attractive. Especially for shorter runs, CNC routing is less expensive than producing die cutting tooling, and many sign materials are too brittle for die cutting, making CNC routing the method of choice.

Typically we are doing CNC routing and printing printing of retail store signage, trade show graphics, and signs for conferences and events. We've also done cutouts for kiosks, restaurants, and political campaigns.

We can produce flat bed printing from all the common graphic design programs. We need an .ai file of the cutting path along with the printing artwork.

Lead time is about a week for most flat bed printing jobs.
