I saw the last Nirvana concert performed in Seattle before Cobain died. I went on a whim and although I was a bit out of their demographic, I thought it was a great live show.

That's pretty awesome. I never got a chance to see Nirvana. Like you, I probably would have been wavering, but in hindsight that's awesome that you got to see them.
