A realtor was busted by cops for having sex with a man in a house she’d just sold.
Kayla Marisa Seloff, 22, of Houston, had sold the house, in the 200 block of East Castle Harbour Drive in Friendswood, Texas, on Friday.
But the following morning, police responded to a call from a concerned neighbor and found Seloff there with Joshua Leal, KTRK reports.
James Hicks had been leaving for work at 5am when he spotted a light from a flashlight coming from the supposedly empty house.

Police arrived at the scene and spotted the pair lying on the floor in a ‘passionate rendezvous’, according to WFSB.
'I’m just shocked and amazed, but not surprised,' Hicks told the station.
Seloff and Leal hid when officers entered through the unlocked front door.

Then, Seloff told officers that she and Leal, 27, of Friendswood, were married and they had just bought the home the day before.
But when officers escorted them to their car to get their IDs and Seloff opened the door, police say they smelled marijuana and saw a glass pipe on the dashboard.
Seloff and Leal were charged with criminal trespassing with both their bonds set at $1,000. It was not immediately clear if Seloff faces drug charges. Seloff, above in Facebook photos

They found more drug paraphernalia inside and a small bag of marijuana inside as well.
Seloff admitted that it belonged to her – and then revealed that she was actually the house’s realtor and had sold it the day before.
The new homeowners filed charges, and said they did not approve the couple to be there or their unconventional ‘housewarming.’
Seloff and Leal were charged with criminal trespassing with both their bonds set at $1,000. It was not immediately clear if Seloff faces drug charges.

Seloff is also a personal trainer according to a biography on Simien properties website
In a biography for HAR.com profile it says Seloff works for Simien Properties and grew up in Houston-Clear Lake.

She is also a certified personal trainer and 'happy to offer advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition'.
