Why should I join?

Pay Up is a community for women who want to support each other and get closer to closing the gender gap. Pay Up is a safe space to ask the questions you might otherwise not ask; conversations on Pay Up channels are confidential and off the record.

We’ll do our best to keep the conversation lively with reading material, workshops, moderated discussions and Q&As that will help you get the most out of your community.

Testimonials

“This group has changed my day to day in so many ways. Being able to quickly crowdsource ideas, talk about issues I’m facing, and get support from a group of inspiring women (as well as give it!) has been so huge for my sense of well-being. I’m more informed about women’s issues, have gotten advice on how to handle situations in my own workplace, and am able to realize that I’m not alone, and not crazy or asking too much. I feel so supported and so happy to be a part of this group!” -- Sara Barr

“I love Pay Up because it’s an inclusive community for women to share their experiences in the workplace. There are opportunities for everyone to ask for help and to provide others with guidance since we all come from various backgrounds, have different work experiences, and life experiences. I feel so connected to all the women even though we’ve never met in person and am inspired by how honest and empowering our conversations are.” - Tricia Cervenan
