Why should I join?
Pay Up is a community for women who want to support each other and get closer to closing the gender gap. Pay Up is a safe space to ask the questions you might otherwise not ask; conversations on Pay Up channels are confidential and off the record.
We’ll do our best to keep the conversation lively with reading material, workshops, moderated discussions and Q&As that will help you get the most out of your community.

How do I sign up?
If you’d like to join the conversation, fill out this Google form with your information, and we’ll be in touch with you. We welcome a range of career paths, gender identities and backgrounds.

The purpose of this community is to provide a safe space for women to discuss the many ways that money influences their professional lives, from salary negotiations to career paths and everything in between.
This is a safe space, which means conversations in this community are off the record and confidential. Please respect this space we have created.
As this forum is moderated by staff of The Washington Post, some conversations will inspire future web content for the Post. At this time, the group's posts are private to its members. The idea is that information you provide should NOT be shared outside the page without expressed permission of members. But please know that we cannot verify every single person who is allowed to join. Email the moderator with any concerns. No names or quotes will be used without community members’ explicit permission.
