Louis Bruno, President of Bruno Air Conditioning, has announced that his tech team has developed their first Bruno web based real-time customer service appointment scheduler. Innovating the way customers communicate with service providers, Bruno has merged the integration between their website and their industry specific software to allow customers to pick the date and time of their service appointment. The new application is now live at www.brunoair.com. “The age-old system of waiting on hold, having to dial in, or wait until a business opens in order to get in touch with a service company is eliminated,” says Bruno. “We are continually creating better systems and technology to add value to our customer relationships.” The immediate advantages to online scheduling include features like automated e-mail and text message confirmations and reminders; 24 hour notice of appointment change; scheduled appointments set by the customer directly; appointment recording and record-keeping done instantly; capabilities make it quick and simple to access data from the service professional side; and the flexibility of online self-scheduling enables Bruno’s staff to be more efficient in their planning process. Bruno Air Conditioning was founded in 2013 and now services the Southwest Florida, Tampa and Orlando area.
