Go Incognito Opens Your Current Tab in Incognito Mode, Scrubs It from Your Browser History

Chrome: Go Incognito does one simple, very useful thing: It opens your current tab in Incognito mode, then removes any reference to that tab from your browser history. You know, in case you click a link or open something and you just forgot to do it in Incognito Mode first. It’s happened to all of us.

Once installed, Go Incognito adds a button to your Chrome toolbar. Click it, and the tab you currently have open will then open in an Incognito window. You can also right-click anywhere on a page and select “Open in Incognito” to trigger the extension, or just press Alt + I to trigger it as well.

Even better, if you set the extension as “allow in Incognito” in Chrome’s extension settings, you get the reverse functionality too—an Incognito tab you have open will then be opened in a normal Chrome window. Hit the link below to install it.
