I love high heels.  
I can go from just feeling in a regular mood to put high heels on and my mind goes into naughty mode...
I have a few other favorites: red lipstick, tight skirt, & a pushup bra will always make me feel just a little bit sexier!!

The shower after a tough workout
My hair in beach waves
Hot yoga
Wearing a simple slip dress (no lace)
Dealing with life's mundanities (bill-paying, phone calls, etc) in my bed while wearing nothing but silk panties and a necklace
Smelling like good, clean soap. I prefer that to perfume, in the hobby and civvie life.

The thing that makes me feel the sexiest in the world is the look in a man's eyes when he sees me. If I can make his face look that way, I know I must have some kind of power.

I called you from the lobby.  You said, "Let's have a drink first."  I said fine.  About five minutes later you came strutting across the lobby in red spike heels, a skintight faux zebra mini dress and a sexy fucking attitude.  I thought, "This gal's got brass balls!." Everyone stared as we walked into the bar.  It got better from there, but I loved that outfit.
