Michael's Medical Fund

Hi, most of you know me as "The Crazy GM" and you know I'm not above asking for help.Until recently my Pain Managment Doctor has been working with me to pay off my balance. I have been paying $50 a visit for the last few months to cover the co-pay and $25 to the balance owed. As of today, they refuse to see me without the entire balance in hand. I have a micro-fracture in my C-5 and it's causing more than normal pain from my lumbar fusion of L4-L5-S1

My appointment is Friday the 19th @ 3:30. I have to come up with at least $280 or I can not be seen.
I can not go without pain management, those that know me know that I do not fair well mentally when I'm in that much pain.
